So, here is the very beginning of recording the next chapter in the Smith family life!
Dave and I are parents to a wonderful 13 month old, Evan. We have decided to make him a big brother! For various reasons, we chose to go through adoption. We have not gotten far in the process yet, but we want to adopt internationally.
We have done some research on countries and agencies and I filled out an adoption agency inquiry through The Maine Children's Home for Little Wanderers. I am anticipating that they will contact us sometime this week so we can talk to them.
We can't wait to get this process started, and we're crossing our fingers for a smooth adoption.
